Partnering with individuals/groups in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires building personal and professional potential
Working together to solve problems
Counselling:
An intensive and personal process for individuals/groups, focused on listening and developing strategies for change and growth
Personal growth oriented
Psychotherapy:
Focused on deep-seated and entrenched individual (or group) issues, which often require more time for resolution
